Grievance Redressal Mechanism

DeathCertificateCounsel.org is dedicated to providing the highest quality of service. In compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, we have established this Grievance Redressal Mechanism to ensure any concerns or grievances you may have are addressed promptly and transparently.

1. Purpose of this Cell

This Grievance Cell is your official point of contact for any complaints, feedback, or concerns relating to our services, including but not limited to:

• Deficiency in service.
• Issues with payment or refunds.
• Concerns regarding data privacy or misuse of information.
• Any other concerns related to your engagement with our platform.

2. How to File a Grievance

To file a grievance, you must send an email to our dedicated Grievance Officer. We do not accept grievances via phone call or physical mail at the first instance, as a written record is necessary for investigation.

3. What to Include in Your Grievance

To help us resolve your concern quickly, please include the following information in your email:

• Your full name and contact number.
• The **Order ID** (if applicable).
• A clear and detailed description of your complaint or concern.
• Any supporting documents (screenshots, payment receipts, etc.).

4. Our Redressal Process

We are committed to a swift resolution process:

1. Acknowledgement: You will receive an automated acknowledgement of your grievance within 24-48 working hours.
2. Investigation: Our Grievance Officer will review your complaint, investigate the matter internally, and coordinate with any relevant parties (such as the independent documentation/legal expert, if applicable).
3. Resolution: We aim to resolve all grievances within **15 days** from the date of receipt, as mandated by the IT Rules. You will be informed of the resolution via email.

We take every grievance seriously and will make all reasonable efforts to ensure a fair and satisfactory resolution.
