No. It covers only the platform's administrative and coordination services. If you decide to hire the lawyer for further work, such as drafting, filing or representation, you agree that fee directly with the lawyer.
You can get a refund if you cancel before confirming your request, less gateway charges and taxes. After you confirm, the fee is non-refundable except in the cases listed in our Refund Policy.
You can reschedule up to 3 times. A fourth request is treated as a new appointment, and the full fee is payable again.
We cannot guarantee that. Issuance, correction and timelines depend entirely on the concerned authority and your documents. The counselling helps you understand your options.
Yes. You can apply directly to your local Registrar of Births and Deaths or through the official government portal. Our platform is an optional private service.
